So Many Languages We Know...

Persistence and Patience

We've already mentioned that successful process of foreign language learning suggests the harmonious unity of three P – Patience, Persistence, Passion and Positive thinking.

Regarding passion for foreign languages – you can enjoy reading all about it in one of other sections of our website, we're sure the information will be very useful to you.

As for positive thinking, it sure is extremely important to inspire yourself to an invariably positive outcome whenever you start getting involved in a certain activity. Learning a new language is not at all an exception.

For if we don't think positive when learning a foreign language, if we, on the contrary, think that we won't succeed, then, there's absolutely no sense in making great effort to succeed because we have programmed our mind to reach anything but success already.

That's why thinking positive whenever you start learning a language is a key to your quicker and more stable success backed up with your invariable faith and genuine confidence. For if you are confident and combine your confidence with hard work on your goal, you will accomplish it very soon and will enjoy celebrating success.

Patience is another very imPortant 'P' which helps you stay calm and consistent when you learn a new language. For the process of learning a foreign language is always connected with certain difficulties and things – rules or terms we might not understand immediately.

That's why we should always stay patient whenever we come across with any of these and other difficulties and patiently and stably go on our work overcoming all the obstacles which might appear on our way to reaching long-waited close-to-fluent success.

We mustn't lose patience because if we do, we will be very close to dropping the whole thing and engage ourselves into something mathematical or physical instead – the outcome which is scarcely desirable to people who are seriously (professionally) aimed at speaking a foreign language.

With respect to the last but not the least P in our harmonious unity, it's Persistence. You will be a success when learning a foreign language only when your patience is combined with persistence.

You can patiently bear all possible hardships of learning a foreign language, but you won't speed up the process if you lack persistence and i.e. desire to run your learning in the direction of success instead of 'crawling' it at least somewhere nice...

Now that you know all the key words (and letters) leading you to successful mastering a foreign language – don't hesitate to start your linguistic education.
